These terms explain the rules, responsibilities, and conditions that apply when you use the GharLelo Android application and related services.
Effective 2 August 2026 | Last updated 2 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and GharLelo. By creating an account, accessing, or using GharLelo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use GharLelo for a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate, current, and complete account and profile information.
Keep your login credentials secure and do not allow unauthorized account access.
Promptly update information that becomes inaccurate and notify us of suspected misuse.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.
We may require email, identity, phone, or professional verification for selected features. A verification badge indicates completion of our current review process; it is not a guarantee of identity, conduct, property ownership, professional licensing, or transaction quality.
3. Buyer, seller, and dealer services
Buyers
Buyers may post property requirements, review suggested properties, contact dealers through supported workflows, request a dealer to manage a requirement, and use other available discovery tools. Assignment requests remain pending until accepted.
Sellers
Sellers may create, preview, publish, edit, pause, archive, or delete listings and may request or approve dealer management. Sellers must have the authority to advertise each property and must keep price, availability, location, images, and other listing information accurate.
Dealers
Dealers may maintain profiles and inventory, request to manage buyer requirements or seller listings, recommend properties, coordinate supported viewings, communicate with users, and access available analytics. Dealers are responsible for maintaining any licenses, permissions, and professional disclosures required by law.
Features may vary by role, location, account status, verification status, and service availability.
4. Listings, requirements, messages, and uploads
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant GharLelo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted text, images, voice messages, documents, and other files. Content must be accurate and must not violate privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, anti-discrimination, real-estate, or other applicable laws.
We may remove, restrict, or preserve content where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain service integrity.
5. Platform role and property transactions
GharLelo provides technology for property discovery, communication, matching, recommendations, and workflow management. Unless expressly agreed in writing, GharLelo is not a buyer, seller, landlord, tenant, broker, dealer, agent, lender, insurer, escrow provider, payment processor, or party to an agreement between users.
Users are responsible for independent due diligence, property inspection, ownership and document verification, professional advice, contract review, pricing decisions, commissions, taxes, payments, and legal compliance. Do not send money or sign documents solely because information or a user appears in GharLelo.
6. Prohibited use
You must not:
Post false, deceptive, duplicate, unauthorized, unlawful, discriminatory, or infringing content.
Impersonate another person, misrepresent a role or property, or submit forged verification material.
Use chat for spam, harassment, threats, payment fraud, phishing, or unsafe off-platform solicitation.
Scrape, harvest, resell, or misuse user information or marketplace content.
Probe security, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, overload systems, or reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where law permits.
Use GharLelo in a way that violates applicable law or the rights and safety of others.
7. Communications and notifications
You may receive transactional emails, in-app messages, and push notifications related to authentication, security, conversations, listings, requirements, assignments, claims, verification, and other requested activity. Push categories can be managed in app or device settings. Essential account and legal notices may still be sent where permitted.
Users are responsible for the content of their communications. We may review limited information when necessary for support, safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement, as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Service availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, impose reasonable limits, or perform maintenance. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. Third-party services may affect authentication, notifications, storage, maps, or other features.
9. Suspension, termination, and deletion
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account violates these terms, creates risk, infringes rights, misuses personal data, threatens service security, or must be restricted by law. Where appropriate, we may allow an explanation or appeal.
You may stop using GharLelo at any time and can request account deletion from Profile > Delete Account or through the external method in our Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GharLelo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, availability, ownership, condition, suitability, or authenticity of user profiles, listings, requirements, recommendations, messages, documents, verification results, or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GharLelo and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of opportunity, property loss, or damages arising from user conduct, property transactions, third-party services, unauthorized access, or inability to use the service.
Any liability that cannot be excluded will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. This section does not limit liability where such a limitation is unlawful.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Pakistan may hear unresolved disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service, safety, business, or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated through the app or registered contact details where appropriate. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
